Licences, permits and registrations
70A licence, permit or registration issued or granted under financial and consumer services legislation before the commencement of this section that is valid and of full force and effect immediately before the commencement of this section, continues to be valid and of full force and effect until it expires or is suspended, cancelled, revoked or surrendered in accordance with financial and consumer services legislation.
